Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping so everyone can enjoy our unique jewelry. Shipping is free for all orders.
  • Free Standard Shipping: delivered within 7-15 business days.
  • Express Shipping: available at $19.99, delivered within 4-6 business days.
All customs duties and taxes are included in the price—there will be no surprises at delivery!

Order Processing

We partner closely with our designers to ensure your pieces are carefully prepared. Orders typically take 3-4 business days to process and ship out from our warehouse in secure packaging.
If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready. Pre-order items are created just for you and may require additional production time. We'll keep you informed by email and notify you immediately once your items ship.

Order Cancellation and Address Changes

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After that period, the order moves forward and can no longer be canceled.
  • Need to update your address? Contact us within 48 hours at our customer support email. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee an address update, but we’ll do our best to help.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. You can use this information to follow your package's journey right to your door.

Delivery Issues

While rare, we know unexpected issues can occur:
  • Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it. Include clear photos and evidence of the damage or issue. We prioritize reshipping your original items promptly over issuing refunds.
  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but subsequently stolen. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during occasional delays due to weather conditions, holidays, or customs clearance.
